We opened PV Interiors in January of 2000. We started small and assumed we would add more employees or crews as the business grew. As we added crews we learned what we believe to be a universal truth: managing quality through an intermediary or employee was far more difficult than doing it ourselves. Wayne is originally from St. Louis Missouri but moved to Arizona at the age of 14. He attended Arizona State University and has a degree in Finance. “I am committed to offering our customers the highest quality of service our trade has to offer.”
Shannon, an Arizona native, began cleaning tile in Fountain Hills while she was in high school. While attending Arizona State University, Wayne and Shannon opened their own tile and grout cleaning business. She now handles sales, accounting, advertising, and some labor. “I treat my customer's home as if it were my own. If the service we have provided exceeds my own expectations, then I know we have provided our customer with exceptional service.”
